dogs must be interviewed and complete the required trial day prior to
participating in any of our programs.
"Meet and Greet" interviews and tours for new clients and their dogs are
best scheduled on Saturdays and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.. If a weekday
appointment is necessary, the interview needs to take place after 6:30 p.m.,
once the majority of daycare dogs have been picked up.

All dogs must be current on all vaccines including the Bordetella
vaccine.
All dogs must be on a flea & tick preventative and heartworm preventative.
Our cageless, socialized facility may not be appropriate for all dogs. We want to
make sure that our environment will be beneficial to your pet, and we
reserve the right to turn away any dog unsuitable for our setting.
Veterinary records and signed waivers are required for participation.

To enroll your dog in any of our programs, download and fill out the enrollment form
and fax it to 954-926-7768 or bring it in on the day of the interview.

Download the health records request form below and forward it to your
veterinarian. Have the veterinarian fax or mail us the form. We must have
the form on file before your pet is allowed to participate in any of our
programs.
